Feeling Good!!!

Into Week 5 of INSANITY (recovery week) Although the work out "Core Cardio Recover" is still a intense work out.  I've been busy working on my YouTube videos, be sure to check it out by clicking the link to the right in my Links Menu.  I've been working on my Priorities, Summer Schedule and Meal Planning...video on that coming this week.  Subscribe to my channel or follow me here to get updates on new postings and videos.  I've been getting some good feedback.  If there is something you would like advice/opinion/tip on, send me a message or comment here and I'd be happy to give you mine :-)
My thoughts today: With all the talk of the rapture and 2012 world ending...which I believe know one will know when this happens. But that we should always be prepared, living life to the fullest...Of course I don't mean to go out and party hard, spend frivolously, and being careless...but the opposite. Love one another, Service, Prepare for every needful thing, Be Grateful for what you have been given, one of those amazing gifts is our own temple, Our Body. One of the ways to live life to it's fullest is to actually physically/mentally be able to do so. Which means taking care of it. No matter what state it is in now there is always room for improvement. Be Happy, Be Positive, Cherish Each Moment and Each Day! Today I'm so grateful for the Men and Women in Service of our country, their selfless courage to protect us and give us this life in this country that we take for granted. THANK YOU!!!
