Ok, so there is so much going on, new and exciting things...Where do I begin :-) Today is Halloween and marks the day that the holiday over eating begins as the weather is getting cooler and the urge for those comfort foods are intensifying. Perfect time for Beachbody to be releasing our all new Challenge Packs available tomorrow November 1st.  This is a great time to make the decision now to change ones health....Don't wait until after the holidays...it will be much harder for you.  I will be starting a few different challenge groups to go with these new challenge packs that include a fitness program, Shakeology, Club Membership (with custom meal planner) and ME! All at a discounted price which is awesome for all my friends that ask if these programs are ever discounted ;-) Anyway these challenge groups will be small groups of 5 people in a private group for support, motivation, accountability etc. It's going to be fun! Let me know if you want in!
I also started my local fit club this past month and staring an evening group. It's fun to get people together to work out!  This isn't about making a buck to me so much as being able to help others and get people excited about their health and fitness. LOVE IT!!!  I get so excited, I need to slow it down sometimes.
As for myself..setting some more goals. I've committed with a friend to do a Spartan Race at the end of January and I'm hoping that through all my training that I will be able to train for the Rock N Roll Marathon this next June. I wanted to this last year but wasn't able to. So I'll be working towards that over the next several months. I'm finishing up a P90X/Asylum hybrid..which I'll continue to do adding INSANITY and running through the end of the year getting ready for P90X2 starting January 1st. Life is good, my kids are growing up so fast, I can't believe were going to be in November. Where did 2011 go?  I feel good that I've been able to accomplish a lot with my own fitness and starting to be able to really help others with theirs is so AMAZING!
I would love to hear about anyone who has been able to make changes/improvements with their health and fitness this year and what you would like to see happen in 2012.

  1. Good stuff. I am not in a place to take on an intense workout program (bad knees and ankles) but i will be focusing on exercising regularly and eating better to fight off high bloood pressure. I had eclampsia after my pregnancy and still am on medication. I want to get off the meds and stay off them in the future. It is a concern for me because it runs in the family.
