Last week goal was to get my work outs back into the early "am" It's getting better, but not quite there yet.
My main goal this year is to obtain ABSOLUTE FITNESS. What does that mean? To me it means surpassing my goal of 17% Body Fat, Being toned and Fit. It is a process, I am human. One the ways I'm am doing this is not only with my daily exercises which is not enough in order to reach my goals, but to eliminate the junk from my life. I'm trying to eliminate sugar as much as possible and eat as clean as I possibly can. I'm not someone who can have a jar full of cookies or bag of candy in the house and only have one a day or once in a while..if it's in the house I will want to eat it and eat it until its gone. I do really well when it's not around. The more I don't have it the less I crave it so it's best not to even have a taste. I guess it's like my alcohol or drug...I've never had a weight issue but I very easily could so I do have to take measures to prevent that. And if you want to loose weight and look and feel good, have overall health...exercises will never be enough. You have to have both! Some one can be fit and not look fit because of the junk they eat. That's my rant for the day...here are some good thoughts:
Your Essence: 1. Will you take actions that bring you closer or further from your goals? 2. Will you make decisions that strengthen or weaken your power? I will be posting this all over my house and car '-) Turn decisions into habits.
