Time for an update I suppose...I've been busy busy. I'm into week 7 of 13 of this P90X round and definitely working the muscle confusion. I recently picked up Tony Horton's book that just came out called "Bring It" It is awesome and I recommend it for anyone trying to figure out how and what to do as far as changing their health and fitness and getting started. It really breaks things down so you can figure out what works for you and not a one size fits all work out. I am a stickler for routines and schedules and being consistent, what may come naturally to me doesn't for others. That's what I love about Beachbody's work outs...no guessing, programs that actually work if applied of course. The hardest part is getting started, but once your through the first week it gets easier and easier and before you know it your addicted to it because you feel and start looking amazing and want more.
Found a picture I'll post of me and my brothers doing a Jane Fonda work out looks like in 1990. The earliest I remember starting aerobics was about 9 years old. I loved doing my mom's work out videos and at the time promised myself I would take care of my body and never have weight problems. From there it was track, Cross Country and aerobics in high school. I'm passionate about it and I love to see it rub off on my kids and now friends and family.
