Last 4 Weeks of this Round of P90X
Alright, time for me to BRING IT even more! Last 4 weeks of this round of P90X! I'm going to start my running again additionally to my work outs. This is a busy week and April a busy month so I hope I can do all I want and need to do. Since I am already "fit" it's harder to really report significant changes you can see but I can see it, I can tell you I've gained some muscle mass which will lean out this month with increasing my cardio. I know most women don't look at P90X as something they would consider because they worry about getting bulk and don't want muscle building per say. Well if you work out with a personal trainer he or she will be having you do the same things as far as resistance training. It is KEY in getting the lean body you want. With P90X Tony tells you how...women typically use lighter weights with more reps per exercise to develop lean muscle. You need it to burn fat so Cardio will never be enough, you need both. Once you have muscle the fat will burn off even faster... I'm looking forward to that with starting INSANITY again May 1st! My lower half is my problem area and I continue to see that whole area become slimmer and leaner (my husband does too)...always room for improvement! Over the last year my diet has improved and changed so that has really made a difference in getting the results I want faster and of course if I cheat I feel the difference and set back which SUCKS! But then I just try again. I have learned to make healthier treats which helps '-) So this is getting long...so until next time: BRING IT!!!
