It's been awhile, yet again...busy as ever and loving life! My husband Jeff and I just got back from a 7 day trip to Kauai Hawaii. It was wonderful. Kauai is the first Hawaiian island I had been to almost 10 years ago. Since then we had been to Oahu twice and Maui and Hawaii. Kauai is definitely the best, in my opinion of course...the most beautiful and tropical. We had a wonderful time. It was a great time for me as I was able to read some 2000+ pages of my books...one of them being the book PUSH by Chalene Johnson. http://www.amazon.com/dp/1609613333/?tag=googhydr-20&hvadid=9948524901&hvpos=1t1&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1040415346419796763&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&ref=pd_sl_8e5m0ap7x0_b
If I could I'd buy as many as I could and give a copy to friends and family...I highly recommend it! It is an easy to follow 30 day plan to get you not only visualizing and setting goals but what to do once you've set them and how to do it...how to make a change in your lifestyle for your health/fitness/financial and well your life for that matter. I've been setting goals all my life...my dad has been a great teacher and supporter of my dreams, I'm greatly blessed. But I have found through meeting with new people I meet, friends and family and they need something to help them grab hold of certain concepts that can change their lives and help them out of the "funk". I have found that people ultimately make a change to their lives when it's a decision they've made all on their own and come up with their own conclusions they need to make certain changes in order to reach their goals and desires.
I absolutely love my work as a coach, friend, mentor and love to see someone find the potential in themselves and see that spark and realization of the endless possibilities they have at their fingertips. It breaks my heart for those who feel like they can't, say they can't, who have been deeply hurt or otherwise have no confidence in themselves. I want so much for everyone to feel the joy and love for life that I have through my faith and willingness and desire for living life. Alas all I can do is be a support, coach, offer advice and push the willing to succeed and be their best....lead them to the water but they, you, must drink it.
Right now I'm in the middle of Turbo Fire at home fitness program, it is awesome!!! Why do so many programs? Well as a coach and independent consultant with Team Beachbody, it's my job to try all the programs I can so I can better help those find an at home program to suite yours and their needs and goals. And on the other hand it is good to change up the routine every few months so your body doesn't plateau and get use to the same routines. I certainly don't "have" to do them all; there are millions of testimonials of all the programs, but it does help and I'm addicted :-) I love feeling good and fit and able to at a moments notice do something physically demanding... I love a challenge. I'm always competing with myself to be better and do something that is challenging to my abilities. I'm doing another Tough Mudder in October so I'll be starting my training for that shortly. I've enjoyed running a few challenge groups and seeing what my friends and new friends do and how they improve and reach their goals. I love that I can do my jobs as a wife and mother first, Payroll Manager for our family business and be able to help those with their health and fitness and hope to make a difference in theirs and your life. I want everyone to feel good inside and out about themselves and that's why I do this.
I'm going on and on but those are my thoughts today. :-)
